I am so far behind... quick catch up.

About 2 months ago now I had the privilege of getting to hang out with a bunch of wonderful knitters at the Cher
ry St. Farmers Market in Tulsa for World Wide Knit in Public Day. Of course there where several of the great knitters from Tulsa and surrounding areas but there was a wonderful little addition from our friends down the turnpike. The OKC knitters, left at 6am, that is some determination. These particular knitters have become very special to me, from left to right Logan, Cody (Yarn Boy) and Laura, are some of those wonderful OKC knitters. Can't you see how much fun we were having.

Now this has to be one of my favorite pics! Mary (left) and Courtney (right) came in their pretty little sun bonnets. They look all sweet and innocent but don't let those smiles fool you. Have I mentioned that I LOVE THEM!
Keri and Dee rode down to Tulsa with me and we had a wonderful time, knitting, talking, walking around the Farmers Market and checking out everyone else's current projects. Hope we can do this again next year.
Keri came down to visit from MO so that we could get the 2ND installment in the 'Tempted at 3AM bag and yarn Club'. It takes a little whi
le to get everything ready after each of us do our individual parts. This time even my dear hubby got involved, well really we put him to work and he didn't even complain. Keri really put a lot of design time into this bag. It stands up and is big enough for a good size project. There are grommets on either side to put your circulars through to keep your project safe from falling off the ne
edles. Just in case you are not in the club and want a bag, I know that she put some others on her Etsy site. In fact she made one for me that is up on her site and I have to say that I am totally in love with this bag! It is perfect for me! Did I mention that I love this bag?
You may have noticed that in the picture of the Club package there is a new line of Tempted. Luxe Grrl is a sport wt. 80% Merino, 10% Cashmere and 10% nylon yarn that made it's debut in the June club shipment. I think if you like a fast, sturdy and above all else a super soft yarn you will love it. Thanks to a whole lot of Yarn drama it will also be making it's world wide debut at the Sock Summit in a few weeks. I am really looking forward to seeing how it is received there. Crossing my fingers.
